Last year, I took everyone’s advice and spent a summer here. Lots of other people did too - researching in labs on campus, taking classes, working at internships downtown. You get to spend a few months soaking up the sun at the beach, going to Taste of Chicago, SummerDance and Lollapalooza, and exploring the lakefront when it’s hot. By September, tanned and exhausted, you’re pretty certain: there’s nothing like this city when the sun is shining.
