Heller House

Whenever I walk back to campus from the #2 Bus, I pass this Frank Lloyd Wright designed Isidore H. Heller House at 5132 South Woodlawn. Completed in 1897, the residence signaled Wright’s turn away from a richly ornamented style. It’s completely breathtaking from the outside, and it’s so cool to be able to get a glimpse past the front door. 

Hyde Park is full of beautiful architecture, including the FLR Robie House.
